bullet The IHTA accepts the March 9, 2006 quotation from Rand Engineering with the following changes to the payment schedule:
bullet OLD: Payment Terms: $20,000 upon contract signing; $17,000 upon completion of the field work; $13,000 upon submission of Phase 1 Report; $23,000 upon authorization to begin Phase 2; $12,000 upon submission of Phase 2 Report.
bullet NEW: Payment Terms: $12,000 upon contract signing; $8,000 four weeks after contract signing; $17,000 upon completion of the field work; $8,000 upon submission of Phase 1 Report; $28,000 upon authorization to begin Phase 2; $12,000 upon submission of Phase 2 Report.
bullet This Purchase Order authorizes the Phase 1 work as identified in the quotation.
