Scope: This committee has a dual role in that it is responsible for examining the physical condition of Island House as well as monitoring the ongoing day-to-day maintenance of the building. The information gathered from the day-to-day maintenance issues of the building assist in determining the physical problems of the building.  By staying aware of our building’s overall condition, Board can make plans for necessary scheduled maintenance and repairs now to avoid costly emergency situations later.
